新盤交投創撤辣後新高!利奧坊-首隅再推25伙!

恒基地產旗下位於旺角的利奧坊.首隅新樓盤,面對市場熱切需求,於昨日宣布推出第三號價單,共有25伙新單位,折實平均每平方呎售價為19,318元,最低入場費為532.86萬。同時,該發展商亦公布了最新的銷售安排,計劃於本週四推出20伙供銷售。

恒基物業代理的董事兼營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示,自從利奧坊.首隅項目開售以來,反響積極,迄今已售出37伙,因此決定加推更多單位迎合市場需求。本週四即將發售的20伙中,包括8伙兩房和12伙一房單位,面積範圍在252至351平方呎,折實售價介乎482.72萬至707.2萬,單位折實呎價則為17,024元至21,331元,平均折實呎價則為19,151元。

與此同時,恒基地產在鰂魚涌的另一新盤THE HOLBORN亦獲得買家熱捧,昨日共售出15伙,其中包含了6伙一房和9伙開放式單位,成交價格範圍為514.3萬至650.83萬,成交呎價則為22,232元至26,737元,總計套現約8900萬。THE HOLBORN共設有420伙,自開售以來已成功售出418伙,累計套現近28億,目前只剩下2伙頂層特色單位尚待買家。

此外,恒基在北角的維峯.浚匯和西營盤的藝里坊.1號,昨日也各自售出了4伙。據了解,自政府取消對樓市的「辣招」政策以來,恒基共計售出近1100伙樓盤,累計套現金額大約為67億元。
