房署今年首9個月收回1400單位過去一年16名租戶瞞報內地物業明年1月推「有獎篤灰制」

房屋署近日積極打擊濫用公屋，房屋局局長何永賢今日（20日）回覆議員書面質詢時指今年首9個月，因被濫用和違反租約或房屋政策而被收回的公屋單位約1,400個，過去一年有16名租戶被揭發在申請公屋時瞞報內地物業。

房署指過去兩個年度，因違反《房屋條例》而遭檢控的個案有389宗，344宗罪成，7名住戶被判監，包括緩刑，最高判刑的兩宗分別為即時監禁30日及即時監禁兩星期。

在過去兩個年度，房委會已收回約2,200個及2,800個因被濫用及違反租約或房屋政策的公屋單位，合共收回5,000個單位，數量等同一個像駿洋邨規模的中型屋邨。

房委會將於明年1月推出「善用公屋資源獎勵計劃」，向提供確切濫用公屋情報的實名舉報者給予獎賞，提供現金及感謝狀作為嘉許，舉報者的身份資料會嚴格保密，只有直接參與計劃的指定房委會或房屋署職員才會知悉。

房屋署署長羅淑佩早前表示，較容易偵查的個案，在過去一段時間已找出，一些較隱蔽的個案，則需要市民舉報提供線索，而署方數據亦反映，透過舉報方式找出的濫用公屋個案，有一定成功率。
