房協「聚然」「峻然」示範單位開放參觀市民：無限量支持姪女買樓

房協資助房屋「聚然」及「峻然」下月一日開始接受申請，將以市價七折發售。示範單位今日起於房協長沙灣辦事處開放。

陪同姪女參觀的市民樊先生表示，無限量支持姪女買樓，他指房協單位有折扣，比較便宜，自住的話並不擔心樓價下跌。

「而家啲女仔工作能力咁強，唔一定要結婚，甚至難聽啲講句「姑婆屋」都得，如果你搵唔啱一個好愛你、好鍾意你嘅人，自己獨立生活都係好好。」

此外，他又表示滿意單位的設計，相信收樓後不用大裝修便可入住。
