房協售「大四喜」、欣榮商場華潤隆地20億接貨

消息指，房協向華潤隆地出售旗下五個商場，樓面合共約11.8萬平方呎，傳總交易額超過20億元。

房協回應傳媒時表示，於2024年11月與買方簽訂了買賣協議，將包括長沙灣「大四喜」喜漾、喜薈、喜盈、喜韻及土瓜灣欣榮花園的商場連同租約出售，這些商場原是房協非核心投資物業的一部分，早已計劃出售。房協指是次交易是由買方代理人主動接洽，並按照常規的物業買賣運作進行交易，房協已就權益轉讓通知相關商場的租戶及物業的業主立案法團或業主

華潤隆地近期積極購入商場項目，早前以約5.4億元購入將軍澳藍塘傲零售基座連公共停車場，以及以3.1億購葵芳匯4層巨舖，加上是次收購，總投資額超過30億元。
