屯門錦華花園A座中層2房戶月租$1.15萬回報率高達3.7厘

祥益地產區域董事表示，日前促成一宗屯門錦華花園的租賃成交個案，是次租客為區外客，該單位租金回報率高達3.7厘。

上述成交單位為A座中層5室，實用面積353平方呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區外客垂青。該租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修，全屋配備傢電，加上客廳擁開揚景觀，而且屋苑坐落市中心地帶及鄰近鐵路站，日常起居便利，租客遂決定以月租$1.15萬租入單位，以實用面積計算平均呎租為$32.6。

如以同類型單位的銀行估值約$378萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.7厘。
