屯門豐景園5座低層301實呎戶月租$9,500

祥益地產 - 黃慶德表示，日前分行錄得一宗屯門豐景園的租賃個案，租金回報率高達4厘。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為5座低層1室，實用面積301呎，據悉，租客為區內分支家庭客，鍾情單位附有企理裝修，而且屋苑鄰近家人住所，方便日後互相照應，加上業主減租$500，租客遂便決定以月租$9500租入，以實用面積計算呎租為$31.6。

黃氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$284萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4厘。
