屯門華都花園短租戶月租$1.15萬租金回報率高達3厘

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，成交單位為屯門華都花園3座高層G室，實用面積404平方呎，2房間隔。租客為區內短租客，由於原居所即將進行裝修工程，需覓3個月的租盤作暫住之用，加上單位內籠企理及寬敞，而且考慮到區內可短租的盤源選擇不多，遂便決定一次過繳付租期內的所有租金，以月租$1.15萬租入，實用面積平均呎租$28.5。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$454萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3厘。
