屯門良景邨已補地價$238萬沽

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示,成交單位為屯門良景邨4座(良智樓) 低層7室,實用面積366平方呎,獲一名區內客垂青,新買家鍾情屋苑鄰近家人,方便照應,而且周邊配套完善,加上原業主有$10萬的減價空間,新買家有感樓價可以負擔,遂便決定以$238萬 (已補地價) 購入上址作自住或投資之用,實用面積平均呎價為$6,503,屬稍低於市場價。 

祥益黃氏續稱,該單位現時市值租金大約為$8,000,租金回報率高達4厘。
