屯門盈豐園$1.05萬租出 租金回報率高達2.9厘

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示,成交單位為屯門盈豐園1座中層B室,實用面積390平方呎,2房,日前獲區內客垂青。該租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修,而且租客原本亦居於同屋苑,毋需重新適應環境,考慮到上述單位比原住所租金較便宜,遂便決定搬遷,以月租$1.05萬承租單位,實用面積平均呎租為$26.9。

黃氏續稱,若以現時同類型單位的銀行估值約$430萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達2.9厘。
