屯門田景邨10座低層1房戶未補地價$110萬成交

祥益地產 - 黃文樂經理表示，屯門田景邨區內設施發展成熟，居住環境恬靜，加上樓價相宜，故受到不少準用家青睞。日前分行錄得一宗田景邨的買賣成交個案。原業主於2015年以約$29萬（未補地價）購入，轉手帳面升值逾2倍。

上述所錄成交單位為10座（田樂樓）低層24室，實用面積349呎。日前獲區內綠表客垂青，表示熟悉該區環境，鍾情周邊配套完善，而且樓價低水，加上原業主有$10萬的議價空間，新買家考慮到樓價可以負擔，遂決定以$110萬（未補地價）購入上址，以實用面積計算呎價為$3,152，屬市價成交。
