屯門珀御中層開放式房月租$9500「即睇即租」

祥益地產區域董事表示，日前分行促成一宗屯門珀御之租賃成交個案，該單位的租金回報率高達3.3厘。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為中層E單位，實用面積296呎，開放式間隔，日前獲航空服務員承租。租客鍾情單位附發展商裝修連傢電，毋須大量添置即可入住，加上屋苑亦有巴士直達機場，非常便利，上述租客遂便決定以月租$9500「即睇即租」單位，平均呎租為$32.1。

黃氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值價約$348萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.3厘。
