美聯物業屯門巿廣場分行首席高級營業經理周麗萍表示，該行最新促成屯門澤豐花園4座中層C室，實用面積約433平方呎，建築面積約482平方呎，2房單位，附大客廳，屋苑亦位處輕鐵站，交通方便，原業主初期開價約$400萬，買家見價錢符合預算，即拍板入市，議價至$369萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$8,522，建築面積平均呎價約$7,656。

據悉，原業主於2016年以$241萬購入上述單位，持貨逾6年，帳面獲利約$128萬，期內物業升值逾53%
