屯門新都大廈高層2房$1.13萬租出實用呎租$24.3

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，成交單位為屯門新都大廈B座高層8室，實用面積465平方呎，2房，日前獲區內家長承租。該租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上屋苑鄰近子女學校，為了校網決定搬屋，而且屋苑位於中心地段，生活配套一應俱全，上述租客遂便決定以月租$1.13萬承租，實用面積平均呎租為$24.3。

袁氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$431萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.1厘。
