屯門建豐街一號擬重建商廈

計劃與大股東新鴻基地產(0016)合作重建屯門建豐街一號為寫字樓、商舖及服務用途。載通公布,將以總代價7.5051億元向新地的間接全資附屬公司,出售屯門建豐街一號(屯門市地段80號)一半權益及出售貸款, 在獲得政府批准後,會將物業發展為寫字樓、商舖及服務用途,估計項目成本約58億元,由雙方平均承擔。

載通新地權益各佔半

載通指, 重建物業後, 可以出租寫字樓及零售空間, 產生租金收入, 符合多元化開拓經常性收入來源的業務策略。但若果獨力重建, 項目成本將會構成一筆龐大的財務支出。屯門建豐街一號前身是九巴的車身裝嵌廠,已於2010年底停用, 其後出租予其他公司。現時是HKTVmall的屯門物流中心, 鄰近九巴屯門車廠、港鐵(0066)屯門站、輕鐵河田站及屯門警署。
