屯門康景花園B座低層1房戶「即睇即租」以$1.08萬成交

祥益地產 - 盤嘉茵董事表示，屯門康景花園間隔寬敞，價錢親民，而且區內有巴士穿梭屯門市中心及屯門鐵路站。早前，分行錄得一宗「即睇即租」的租賃成交個案，該單位之租金回報率高達4.3厘。

盤氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為B座低層6室，實用面積336呎，租客為內地客，主要鍾情該屋苑鄰近小朋友上學地點，方便往返，而且單位內附企裝連大部分傢電，加上業主有$200的議價空間，租客有感租金符合預算，遂便決定以$1.08萬「即睇即租」，以實用面積計算呎租$32.1。
