屯門居屋兆隆苑$1.05萬租出實用呎租$28

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前剛促成一宗屯門居屋兆隆苑高層3室租賃成交，實用面積375平方呎，2房一廳，日前獲區內短租客承租。該租客鍾情單位鄰近原住所，方便往返視察裝修進度，而且單位企理實用，上述租客考慮到區內可供短租的樓盤短缺，遂便決定「即睇即租」，以月租$1.05萬承租單位，實用面積平均呎租為$28。

黃氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的市值價約$380萬(自由市場價)作計算，該單位租金回報率高達3.3厘。
