屯門居屋兆康苑$1.1萬獲承租租金回報率高達4.2厘

祥益地產-古文彬經理表示，日前促成一宗屯門居屋兆康苑S座低層5室，實用面積447平方呎，2房。據了解，租客為區外客，鍾情單位寬敞又實用，加上業主為單位正進行翻新工程，租期可以遷就，而且屋苑鄰近鐵路站，對在港九區上班的租客而言十分方便，遂便決定以月租$1.1萬「即睇即租」，實用面積平均呎租為$24.6。

古氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$314萬作計算，該單位租金回報率高達4.2厘。
