屯門居屋兆康苑$1.1萬獲承租 租金回報率高達4.2厘

祥益地產-古文彬經理表示,日前促成一宗屯門居屋兆康苑S座低層5室,實用面積447平方呎,2房。據了解,租客為區外客,鍾情單位寬敞又實用,加上業主為單位正進行翻新工程,租期可以遷就,而且屋苑鄰近鐵路站,對在港九區上班的租客而言十分方便,遂便決定以月租$1.1萬「即睇即租」,實用面積平均呎租為$24.6。

古氏續稱,若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$314萬作計算,該單位租金回報率高達4.2厘。
