屯門富健花園10座低層2房戶區內客以$1.15萬租入單位

祥益地產 -黃慶德董事表示，富健花園屬屯門居屋屋苑之一，環境舒適，吸引不少客人。分行日前錄得一宗富健花園「即睇即租」的租賃成交個案，該單位之租金回報率高達3.6厘。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為10座低層B室，實用面積484呎，兩房一廳。租客為區內客，表示熟悉區內環境，鍾情單位租金相宜，願意預繳一年租金，業主有見及此，減租$1,000至月租$1.15萬，單位以實用面積計算呎租$23.8。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$383萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.6厘。
