屯門大興花園2期$1.35萬獲承租

祥益地產區域董事林偉光表示，日前促成屯門大興花園2期4座高層F室的租賃成交，實用面積544平方呎，累減$3,000，月租$1.35萬，實用面積平均呎租$24.8。

據了解，租客為區內客，鍾情單位呎數實用及寬敞，而且附有企理裝修，有感租金符合預算，故決定租住單位。

祥益地產林偉光指，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$688萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率為2.4厘。
