祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，屯門區設施發展成熟，亦設有多條輕鐵及巴士線前往各區，日前分行錄得一宗良景邨未補地價的成交個案，原業主一手持貨至今。上述所錄成交單位為6座(良華樓) 中層2室，實用面積443呎，兩房兩廳。日前獲一名區內客垂青，新買家表示熟悉該區環境，有感該區配套完善，而且單位內籠企理，加上原業主累減逾$60萬，新買家考慮到供樓負擔相對輕鬆，遂便決定以$213.8萬 (未補地價) 購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$4,826，屬市場價成交。
