屯門公屋建生邨5座低層戶綠表客以$146.5萬承接

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前屯門區公屋建生邨錄得一宗區內首置客的買賣成交個案，原業主於1998年以約$11.6萬(未補地價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$134.9萬，單位升值逾11倍易手。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為5座(康生樓)低層4室，實用面積397呎，日前獲區內首置客垂青。該買家為綠表客，鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁內園景觀，加上原業主願意輕微調整價格，減價$3.5萬，而且屋苑鄰近家人，方便照應，上述買家遂便決定以$146.5萬(未補地價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$3690，屬市場價成交。
