尖東「死場」首都廣場史上最傷兩劏舖15萬沽狂蝕97%

位於尖沙漆咸道南61號百樂酒店基座的首都廣場，前身為DNA Mall，2013年由「劏場大王」尹柏權拆售後，蝕勢未停過，更多次錄得大額蝕讓，最新一宗蝕讓為兩個各以15萬元沽出的舖位，帳面貶值分別約96至97%，有指為香港劏場史上最大蝕幅的二手成交。

該兩個舖位分別為2樓一個76平方呎舖位及3樓一個92平方呎舖位，由同一名買家各以15萬元、即合共30萬元購入，舖位面積共168平方呎，平均呎價約1,786元。原業主於2013年以合共895.8萬元購入，其後曾以70萬元進行內部轉讓，帳面蝕865.8萬元或約97%。
