世紀21 Q動力-招潔冰董事表示，該行剛促成小西灣藍灣半島1座低層A室單位，實用面積為615平方呎，建築面積876平方呎，單位3房連套房設計，眺望小西灣運動場全景加部分海景，剛以$2.6萬租出，實用面積平均呎租達$42.3，業主於上星期才獨家委託本行出租單位，最終放盤一日在三組客「爭住租」，「零議價」下隨即租出。

招潔冰表示，租客為外區客，心儀此單位為海景三房套，可飽覽小西灣運動場及將軍澳蔚藍海景，視野遼闊，配上全屋簡約雅致裝潢，間隔實用可置任何傢俱，故租客一睇便立即決定租入，剛租出單位業主於2012年2月才以$480萬低價購入單位，以現時月租$2.6萬租出，最新租金回報率高達6.5厘。
