世紀21 Q動力藍灣半島分行執行董事招潔冰表示，該行剛促成小西灣藍灣半島5座高層C室單位，建築面積869平方呎，實用面積為605平方呎，3房連套房設計，眺望翠綠山景及部分海景，剛以$2.4萬租出，實用面積平均呎租達$39.7，租客為本區客，單位為3房套設計，室內間隔實用寬敞，易於放置各式傢俬，外望東南無敵山海景，碧海藍天，家庭客一見傾心。業主於上月初推出市場放租，原要求租金為$2.48萬，輕微減租3.2%獲承接

招潔冰表示，剛租出單位業主於2001年以$371.8萬購入上址，以購入價計算，現時以月租$2.4萬租出，租金回報率達7.7厘。
