將軍澳裕明苑自由市場$498萬沽持貨20年勁賺4.7倍

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示一名區內買家，成交單位為將軍澳裕明苑裕昌閣(B座)中層14室，單位實用面積438平方呎，2房開則，單位企理裝修享有開揚山景。據了解，業主去年八月放盤$558萬(自由市場價)，近日調整至$528萬，最終獲同區買家以$498萬承接，累減$60萬，實用面積平均呎價為$11,370。

據了解，原業主於2003年12月以約$86.7萬(已補地價)購入物業至今，持貨20年帳面獲利$411.3萬，期間大幅升值逾4.7倍。
