世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示一名區內買家,成交單位為將軍澳裕明苑裕昌閣(B座)中層14室,單位實用面積438平方呎,2房開則,單位企理裝修享有開揚山景。據了解,業主去年八月放盤$558萬(自由市場價),近日調整至$528萬,最終獲同區買家以$498萬承接,累減$60萬,實用面積平均呎價為$11,370。

據了解,原業主於2003年12月以約$86.7萬(已補地價)購入物業至今,持貨20年帳面獲利$411.3萬,期間大幅升值逾4.7倍。
