將軍澳維景灣畔反價至$805萬獲承接

美聯物業將軍澳康城首都分行高級分區營業經理梁傑表示,該行近日促成將軍澳維景灣畔2座低層E室,實用面積516平方呎,2房間隔,單位最初於去年12月開價$800萬放盤,並接受輕微議價,惟通關消息一出,業主選擇封盤數日並觀察市場反應,及後調升叫價至$805萬,最終單位在零議價下獲區內用家以$805萬承接,實用面積平均呎價約$15,600。

資料顯示,原業主於2017年1月以$680萬購入上述單位,持貨大約6年,帳面獲利$125萬,單位升值約18%。
