將軍澳清水灣半島減至$605萬成交 原業主持貨逾3年蝕讓離場

美聯物業將軍澳南豐廣場分行高級分區營業經理黃富國表示,該行新近促成將軍澳清水灣半島7座高層G室,實用面積483平方呎,2房間隔。據了解,單位最初於7月開價$750萬放盤,其後於11月減價至$650萬仍未獲承接,最終近日累減$145萬至$605萬成交,實用面積平均呎價$12,525。

據了解,買家有見單位附有雅致裝修,加上屋苑周邊環境清幽開揚,而且價錢合理,故睇樓後即場購入單位。原業主於2019年10月以$650萬購入上述單位,持貨超過3年時間,帳面虧損$45萬,單位貶值約7%
