世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區內買家以415萬（連補地價），於自由市場購入景明苑㬢景閣（A座）低層7室，單位實用面積554平方呎，三房兩廳開則單位企理裝修望開揚山景。業主上月放盤叫價$450萬，一口減$35萬成交，期間減幅達7.8%，折合實用面積呎價為$7,491。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2006年5月以125萬（連補地價）自由市場購入物業後裝修自住至今，現在成為功以$415萬售出，帳面獲利$290萬，物業18年升值約2.3倍。
