將軍澳新寶城累減$180萬至$770萬易手

美聯物業將軍澳南豐廣場分行高級分區營業經理黃富國表示,成交單位為將軍澳新寶城3座高層F室,實用面積561平方呎,3房間隔,業主最初於21年4月開價$950萬放盤,期內面對市況轉差,已調整叫價數次,最終累減$180萬,以$770萬易手,實用面積平均呎價約$13,725。

據悉,原業主於2012年12月以$565萬購入上述單位,持貨約10年,帳面獲利$205萬,單位升值約36%。
