將軍澳彩明苑累減$140萬至居二市場價$420萬獲承接

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，新近錄得將軍澳彩明苑彩柳閣(B座) 高層08室，實用面積506平方呎，單位屬「康和式設計」兩房大廳開則，室內裝修企理，望市景，單位於今年3月放盤，叫價$560，近日調整叫價至$470萬，最終獲區外「白居二」買家以$420萬(居二市場價) 承接，累減達$140萬，實用面積平均呎價$8,300。

據了解，原業主於2009年以$133萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨13年至今轉售，賬面獲利$287萬，單位期內升值逾2倍。
