將軍澳廣明苑3房累減$65萬至$415萬易主

世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，剛成交為將軍澳廣明苑廣昌閣（A座）中層2室，實用面積601平方呎，向南3房戶剛以$415萭成交，較業主於本年一月放盤叫價$480萬，累減$65萬沽出，減幅達13%，實用面積平均呎價為$6,905。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1998年4月以$130.4萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，現在成功以$415萬售出，賬面獲利$284.6萬，物業27年升值2.2倍。
