世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外綠表買家成功以$672.8萬，購入將軍澳寶盈花園六座高層A室，單位實用面積591平方呎，三房兩廁大廳開則附有一企理裝修，單位享有向東南開揚市景及將軍澳跨灣大橋海景景觀。據報，業主本年三月放盤，初時叫價$750萬，近日調整至$720萬，最終獲買家議價至$672.8萬承接，累計減價$77.2萬，減幅達一成，折合實用面積呎價為$11,384。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2014年以$418萬購入物業至今，現在成功以$672.8萬沽出，帳面獲利$254.8萬，物業10年升值超過六成。
