世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外綠表買家以500萬元入市，購入將軍澳寶盈花園七座高層G室，單位實用面積484平方呎，兩房兩廳開則企理裝修，單位向南享有海景。原業主於本年八月放盤，初時叫價$538萬，累減$38萬，減幅達7%，折合實用面積呎價為$10,331。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2007年以約$118萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨16年帳面獲利$382萬，期間大幅升值逾3.2倍。
