世紀21物業 - 魏仕良經理表示，剛錄得「白居二」買家成功以453萬元，以即睇即議價的情況下，購入將軍澳富康花園九座中層B室，單位實用面積592平方呎，三房兩廳望內園景單位企理裝修，較業主本月中放售$520萬，一口議價$67萬成交，減幅達12%，折合實用面積呎價為$7,652。

魏仕良續指，原業主於1998年3月約$154.7萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨27年，帳面升值逾$298.3萬，期間大幅升值逾1.9倍。
