世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，日前促成將軍澳富康花園9座中層F室，實用面積484平方呎，2房大廳開則單位有景有裝。較業主上月放盤叫價$438萬，一口減價$28萬即沽出，實用面積平均呎價為$8,471。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2007年11月以約$92.2萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，現在成功以$410萬沽出，帳面獲利$317.8萬，物業16年升值3.4倍。
