宏安逾4.1億購黃竹坑509車位

由新濠國際持有的黃竹坑惠福道3號珍寶閣停車場509個停車位經已出售,作價高於4.1億元,平均作價80.5萬元。買家為宏安地產,為今年全港最大宗停車場車位成交。

第一太平戴維斯表示,項目早前進行公開招標,受各大物業投資財團和基金洽談,反應非常踴躍,終以超過4.1億元成交。停車場樓高8層,位於黄竹坑惠福道3號珍寶閣基座,合共提供509個車位,以目前該廈車位月租2,500元計,粗略估計租金回報約3.7厘。

第一太平戴維斯香港董事總經理及投資部主管袁志光指,旁邊黃竹坑站住宅與車位比例為6:1,將來住宅項目落成後,車位需求必然熾熱。
