上述單位為天璽第20座第1區(天鑽璽)89樓A室，實用面積1,574方呎，屬4房雙套間隔，成交價逾1.49億元，呎價95,009元，為項目近3個月以來新成交，成交紀錄冊亦顯示，買家享有180日成交期。

值得留意，天璽早於2007年入伙，至今發展商新地仍保留部份貨尾。項目於今年已沽出2伙，另一宗於今年1月成交，為日鑽璽90樓A室連車位，實用面積1,717平方呎，屬4房雙套間隔，成交金額為1.53億元，呎價約89,000元。
