祥益地產 - 林家倫經理表示，日前天水圍居屋天頌苑錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案。

林氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為L座高層6室，實用面積650平方呎，三房兩廳連套廁，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，比較過天水圍的私樓及居屋後，認為居屋較為合乎要求，鍾情單位內籠寬敞，可靈活擺放傢俱，加上買家原本亦居住於同區，既方便搬遷又毋需重新適應環境，遂便決定以$410萬（居二市場價）購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6308。
