祥益地產 - 謝利官經理表示，日前天水圍居屋天富苑錄得一宗買賣成交。單位為L座高層7室，實用面積506平方呎，兩房一廳間隔，日前獲區內客以$300萬(居二市場價)承接，實用面積呎價為$5,929。

據悉，買家為綠表客，鍾情單位內籠寬敞，可靈活擺放傢電，加上原業主增加議幅，減價$10萬，並因屋苑鄰近家人，方便日後照應，遂決定購入作自住之用。原業主於2001年以約$71.6萬(居二市場價) 購入，持貨至今轉手帳面獲利約$228.4萬，單位升值逾3倍。
