祥益地產高 - 謝利官經理表示，日前分行促成一宗嘉湖山莊賞湖居的買賣成交個案，原業主於2013年以約$359萬購入，是次轉手帳面獲利約$141萬。

謝氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為2期(賞湖居) 3座低層B室，實用面積633平方呎，三房兩廳連套廁。據悉，新買家為區內客，表示熟悉天水圍區環境，加上原業主為加快售出，放盤僅三天減價$50萬，新買家鍾情單位企理、寬敞以及價格相宜，遂便以$500萬購入上址作自住用途，單位以實用面積計算呎價為$7,899，屬於市價成交。
