天水圍嘉湖山莊翠湖居6座高層2房戶租客以$1.15萬「即睇即租」

祥益地產 - 謝利官經理表示，嘉湖山莊屬香港十大藍籌屋苑之一，綠化空間的面積亦相當遼闊，租金較外區相宜，故吸引不少客人前來租住。日前分行促成一宗嘉湖山莊翠湖居「即睇即租」的成交個案，租金回報率高達3.3厘。

謝利官稱，上述所錄成交單位為3期（翠湖居）6座高層F室，實用面積449平方呎，兩房兩廳。租客為區內客，表示熟悉該區環境，鍾情單位屬兩房間隔，而且內籠企理，景觀開揚，加上業主有$1000的議價空間，租客遂便決定以$1.15萬「即睇即租」，以實用面積計算呎租$25.6。
