大角咀維港灣中層3房降價$225萬至$1,575萬獲承接

美聯物業尖沙咀擎天半島分行高級區域營業董事李子樂表示，該行剛促成大角咀維港灣3房單位之買賣個案，上述成交單位為維港灣9座中層3房D室，實用面積700方呎，據悉，單位原放盤叫價$1,800萬，後降價$225萬，獲換樓客青睞，成交價約$1,575萬，減幅12.5%，折合實用呎價約$22,500。

資料顯示，原業主於2011年2月斥資$1,057萬購得，是次轉手帳面獲利$518萬元，升值約49%。
