大角咀港灣豪庭$560萬沽實用呎價$14,508

香港置業-馬漢偉董事表示，售出單位為大角咀港灣豪庭2座高層B室，實用面積約386平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東南。馬漢偉稱，原業主以約$590萬放盤後獲同區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$560萬入市，實用面積平均呎價約$14,508。據悉，新買家心儀單位鄰近母親，方便照顧，故睇樓數次後決定承接上述單位。

資料顯示，原業主於2003年6月以約$170萬購入上述單位，，是次轉手帳面獲利約$390萬，單位期內獲利約2.3倍。
