香港置業奧運站海桃灣分行高級區域董事黃慶龍表示,該行日前促成一宗大角咀奧柏‧御峯2座中層F室,實用面積約283平方呎,建築面積約355平方呎,屬開放式間隔,向東南望內園景,原業主以約$535萬放盤約1年後吸引買家洽詢,經議價後減價約$75萬,以$460萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價約$16,254,建築面積平均呎價約$12,958,低市價約4%。

據悉,新買家心儀單位屬半新盤,加上景觀開揚,故睇樓2次後即決定購入單位。原業主在2012年5月以約$336.7萬購入上述物業,是次轉售帳面獲利$123.3萬,物業升值約36%。
