大埔雲滙2房議價後以$1.8萬租出 業主可享約2.6厘租金回報

中原地產-曾嘉滙經理表示,成交單位大埔雲滙10座中層B5室,單位實用面積468平方呎,2房間隔,叫價約$1.9萬,議價後以$1.8萬租出,實用面積平均呎租約$38.5。

中原曾嘉匯表示,新租客為2名內地博士生,見屋苑環境舒適,單位價錢合理,即以先付一年租金形式租入單位自用,方便上學。據了解,原業主於2018年以$844萬購入單位,是次租出單位可享約2.6厘租金回報。
