大埔雲滙2房議價後以$1.8萬租出業主可享約2.6厘租金回報

中原地產-曾嘉滙經理表示，成交單位大埔雲滙10座中層B5室，單位實用面積468平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$1.9萬，議價後以$1.8萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$38.5。

中原曾嘉匯表示，新租客為2名內地博士生，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即以先付一年租金形式租入單位自用，方便上學。據了解，原業主於2018年以$844萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.6厘租金回報。
