中原地產大埔中心高級分區營業經理表示，大埔居屋逸雅苑最新錄得A座高層16室，單位建築面積754平方呎，實用面積566平方呎，3房間隔，單位原先叫價約$450萬，日前議價後以居二市場價$368萬沽出，實用平均呎價約$6502。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見單位價錢合理，少有放盤，即購入單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主於1991年以$54萬購入單位（當時亦未補地價），持貨約33年，現轉手賬面獲利約$314萬離場，單位期內升值約5.8倍。
