中原地產 - 徐家倫經理表示，整體二手市場持續向好，帶動投資者入市，大埔白石角逸瓏灣8最新錄得1座中層B室，單位實用面積794平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$1050萬，議價後以$1012萬沽出，平均實用呎價約$12,746。

徐家倫表示，新買家為國內客，於科學園設公司，見屋苑質素高，單位間隔合用，價錢合理，位置方便，即決定購入單位自用。據了解，原業主則於2020年以$1126萬買入單位，持貨約5年，是次易手帳面蝕約$114萬離場，單位期內貶值約10%。
