大埔明雅苑議價後以$1.3萬租出業主可享約3.5厘租金回報

中原地產大埔中心高級分區營業經理黃達雄表示，日前促成大埔明雅苑新近錄B座(明欣閣)中層02室，單位實用面積394平方呎，建築面積534平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$1.35萬，議價後以$1.3萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$33。

據了解，新租客為區內客，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即決定租入上述單位作新居之用。據了解，業主則於2017年以$448萬購入上址，是次租出單位可享約3.5厘租金回報。
