中原地產 - 黃達雄高級分區營業經理表示，大埔區租賃市場持續活躍，最新錄得昌運中心4座高層F室租務成交。單位建築面積451平方呎，實用面積339平方呎，採兩房間隔，早前開價$12,800，經議價後以$12,300租出，折合實用呎租$36.3。

據悉，新租客為區內客，見屋苑環境舒適，租金合理，遂決定承租自住。資料顯示，業主於1989年以約$40.5萬購入單位，現時租金回報高達36厘。
