中原地產 - 徐家倫經理最近分享了大埔嵐山租賃市場的一宗成功租賃案例。該單位位於7座中層D室，實用面積為196平方呎，採用開放式間隔設計，初始開價約$10,500。經過議價後，該單位最終以$10,000租出，平均實用呎租約為$51。

徐家倫經理進一步解釋，新租客是來自區內的分支家庭，他們被屋苑的舒適環境和吸引的價格所吸引，因此迅速決定租入此單位作為居住用途。業主於2016年以$253萬購入該單位，本次租出可獲得約4.7厘的租金回報，反映出該區租賃市場的穩健表現和投資價值。
